Abstract
There are described characteristic dielectric and magnetodielectric properties of magnetic fluids in a contribution. The behaviour of
magnetic fluids in AC electric field with frequency f = 50 Hz and also at higher frequencies is defined. Measurements were carried out in combined
electric and magnetic field, when fields were parallel ( E || H ), perpendicular ( E ^H ) and without presence of magnetic field (H = 0). Analysis of
these properties were done for magnetic fluids based on inhibited transformer oil ITO 100 with volume concentrations of magnetit particles
(FeO.Fe2O3) in range from 0,185 % up to 3,214% .
