Slow dielectric polarisation processes in termoplastic insulating materials

Abstract

Abstract. Modern measurement systems allow the acquisition of dielectric relaxation spectra over a wide range in frequency and temperature with a high accuracy. This paper presents application of low frequency dielectric spectroscopy measurement in purpose of study slow polarisation processes in PVC insulating cable systems and changes of these processes activated by thermal ageing.
